How to Establish a Referral Pathway
Brokerage Setup: Contact our administration team to set up a standard service provider agreement and add The Neuropsych Clinic to your organization's preferred external provider/broker list.
Allocation & Referral: Once neuropsychological services are approved under the participant's Support at Home care plan, send a direct referral to our clinic.
Assessment & Delivery: We coordinate the evaluation, manage the clinical testing sessions, and deliver the final clinical report directly back to your Care Coordinator.
