Tarah Laric-Hynes is a Brisbane based Clinical Neuropsychologist who provides assessment, psychoeducation and support for individuals experiencing cognitive difficulties, such as memory, language, decision making and problem solving.
Neurological conditions can cause changes in a person’s ability to interact, remember or engage with the world around them. Neurological conditions may often also cause issues with safety and changes in behaviour. This can be emotionally difficult and stressful for families and loved ones. A neuropsychologist is trained to understand how a neurological condition may affect an individual through assessment, but also provide support, treatment strategies and psychoeducation to the individuals family and their allied health team.

Tarah is passionate about how cognitive functioning effects our daily lives, and has worked extensively in strategies to overcome cognitive difficulties such as memory loss or issues with decision making. She is a firm believer in holistic and individualised approaches to assessment and treatment of individuals with cognitive difficulties.
